Naz specializes in AI/ML engineering and product management, with a track record of delivering impactful products through innovative technology.

She has founded and led teams that integrate AI research with engineering across a variety of domains, including content understanding, search, recommendations, and customer support. Her primary focus is on developing human-centered AI systems. Driven by this vision, she established the META initiative at Twitter, which focused on the ethics and transparency of predictive algorithms. Naz holds a PhD in deep learning and robotics, with research experience at NYU and the Max Planck Institute.

Sasha moved to the US from Kyiv as a teenager with a suitcase and passion for technology. He got his SB and MEng in computer science from MIT before making his way to Silicon Valley. With extensive experience leading ambitious projects at top companies like Tome, Robinhood, and Google, Sasha co-founded Lumiflow AI to enable creation of human-centered GenAI experiences.

Lumiflow AI’s mission is inspired by Sasha’s experience at Tome, where he built one of the first AI-native products to reach over ten million users. He saw first-hand the unique challenges of crafting a compelling AI experience, like ensuring AI is meeting user needs within the product. Recognizing broad applicability of these challenges, Sasha set out to build innovative development tools that guide and accelerate development of products that deliver seamless human-AI collaboration.

Through Lumiflow AI, Sasha aims to empower AI product teams to create transformative user experiences, bridging the gap between AI capabilities and human needs.

Arnaud is a software engineer with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions and thriving in both individual and managerial roles. He is skilled in mobile, web, AI, development, technical leadership, and project management, and has years of experience in building infrastructure for data ingestion and analysis.

Prior to joining Lumiflow AI, he was a founding engineer at Tome, engineering manager at Facebook, and software engineer at Uber.

Lenny Grossman, MD is Chief Medical Officer at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine and Chief of Surgery at St. Anthony Hospital in Denver. A board-certified orthopedic trauma surgeon, he brings frontline clinical experience to Lumiflow AI, advising on medical rubrics and adoption workflows.

Dr. Andrea Frome is a multi-domain expert with 15 years of experience in AI research and applications. She was an early member of Google Brain and was a founding member of the Google AI lab in Accra.

Sam is currently VP of Product & Design at EvenUP and former Head of Product at Tome.
